• Hello everyone,
  
  For the few years, I have had the privilege of acting as a spokeswoman for ANEB. It is a touching and enriching experience which has permitted me to certify the profound implication of the staff and volunteers in this organization. Despite the few resources they have, these big-hearted people have the generosity to, day after day, help and give hope to hundreds of young women and men in distress. Being affected with bulimia for five years, I have had the occasion to share my experience of recovery in the workshops organized by ANEB. These touching meetings have confirmed to me that one cannot recover from eating disorders in solitude. It is essential to be surrounded and assisted by those who understand you as well as qualified workers in a warm environment. I am proud to represent an organization that devotes itself to the creation of this reality. Everybody who suffers from an eating disorder will have a long and painful road to regain his or her well-being and self-esteem. To accompany them on their journey, I want to offer my testimony in the form of an autobiography called “La Folie des Douceurs.” It is a journey that took me away from dependency and brought me into self-realization.
