For the loved ones

The closed support group for loved ones aims to support the loved ones of people suffering from an eating disorder to develop a better understanding of the reality of the latter. Focusing on the specific issues of the disease and their impact on loved ones, the different themes and activities proposed by this group encourage the development of strategies and the adoption of tools to reduce feelings of helplessness.

The group is for 10 weeks at a rate of 2 hours per week. It will be an opportunity to begin reflecting about your role in the path to recovery of your loved one by having support and listening from others suffering similar to yours. It should be noted that the group will not focus on eating behaviors, loss, maintenance or weight gain.

Participation fee:

1 person: 200$

2 persons: 350$

3 or more persons: 500$
